I am getting many of the same matches day after day, even after clicking on "No" to these matches. I am also receiving same sex matches after specifically asking for opposite gender.

The cookie-cutter responses under the "Help" tab do not begin to address the issue. There does not appear to be any way to email the site and the customer care number online is not correct.

I am very disappointed in this site and do not under any circumstances wish to renew. Not having a place for customer complaints where we can get meaningful responses is certainly in a factor of wanting to get off this site.

Jpeoplemeet - I open a membership with you guys for a trial for $9.89.00 and they charge my credit card with the premium with out my concent i will like this issue to be taken care right a way
